Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of our products (including templates, system packs, and digital courses), all sales of digital goods are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

• Airtable bases

• Notion templates

• Canva kits

• Make.com scenarios

• Digital workbooks or eBooks

• Any downloadable or streamable content

Please ensure that you read all product descriptions and view any previews or demos before purchase.

Physical Products (If Offered)

If we offer physical products in the future (e.g., printed books or planners), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds for Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once in error (e.g., accidental duplicate orders), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case and process a refund if applicable.
