1. Scope of Services

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Access & Usage

• Access is granted for the specific module(s) purchased or provided.
• Access may be time-limited or lifetime, depending on the offer.
• Login credentials are non-transferable and may not be shared.
• Unauthorized sharing or redistribution will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full to maintain access.

4. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All products, modules, courses, and digital resources provided by Netobia’s Virtual Solutions are non-refundable.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• usage or lack of completion
• Change of mind
• Misunderstanding of product content
• Failure to achieve desired results

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to videos, templates, downloads, and written materials, is the property of NVS.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content without written permission.

6. No Guarantees

NVS does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to income, business growth, or automation success.

Results depend on multiple factors including the User’s effort, consistency, and external conditions.

7. User Responsibility

• The User is responsible for implementing strategies and tools provided.
• The User agrees to use all materials in a lawful and ethical manner.
• The User is responsible for maintaining their own systems, accounts, and integrations.

8. Support

• Support is provided via email at [email protected].
• Response time is typically within 72 business hours.
• Support includes guidance related to module content only and does not include full setup or done-for-you services unless explicitly stated.

9. Community Conduct (If Applicable)

If the module includes access to a community:

• Users must maintain respectful and professional behavior.
• Spam, harassment, or promotion without permission is prohibited.
• NVS reserves the right to remove access for violations.

10. Termination

NVS reserves the right to terminate access at any time if the User violates this Agreement.

No refunds will be issued upon termination due to violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

NVS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the modules or services.

12. Modifications

NVS reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the modules constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

14. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing any module, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

15. Electronic Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, enrolling in, or using any module, course, digital product, or service offered by Netobia’s Virtual Solutions, the User acknowledges and agrees that electronic acceptance of this Agreement has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

The User agrees that checking a box indicating acceptance, clicking buttons such as "Purchase," "Enroll," "Buy Now," "Complete Order," or similar actions, or otherwise accessing NVS content constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

16. Account Security

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

The User agrees to notify NVS immediately of any unauthorized access, suspected security breach, or unauthorized use of their account.

NVS shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the User's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

17. Third-Party Services

Some modules, templates, automations, or educational resources may reference or integrate with third-party software, platforms, or services.

Netobia’s Virtual Solutions does not own or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, pricing, security, policy changes, outages, or performance.

The User is responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, privacy policies, and licensing requirements of any third-party service they choose to use.

18. Force Majeure

NVS shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to, internet outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, labor disputes, utility failures, hosting failures, payment processor interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

19. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and Netobia’s Virtual Solutions regarding the purchase and use of modules, courses, digital products, and related services.

This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
